At Newman’s, our commitment to quality extends beyond our delicious snacks, it’s also a commitment to the environment and the future of Uganda. That’s why we are incredibly proud of our ongoing partnership with the Uganda Wildlife Education Center (UWEC) to champion wildlife conservation and education in schools and communities across Uganda.
We believe that conservation starts with education. Through this two-year partnership that started in 2024, Newman’s has invested Shs 48 million in financial support and materials to help UWEC roll out its critical conservation outreach program.

We believe in the power of collaboration. With a two-year commitment in place, we will continue our joint efforts with UWEC and NEMA to ensure conservation is not just taught, but lived—creating a future where both our communities and our wildlife can flourish.
We believe that every individual choice contributes to the health of our planet. Just as we are working to inspire conservation ethics in schools, we encourage you to join the movement by practicing sustainability in your daily life:
Together, we can be great partners of our planet
