At Newman’s, we are passionate about nourishing communities and empowering individuals. One of our core priority areas in our operations is championing the strength and empowerment of women. Whether it is in our training programs with outgrowers, our internal processes with our teams, or even the support we make to initiatives, this commitment is central to our mission.

One moment that stood out for us earlier this year was the Dominate Conference 2025 that was hosted by Manuela P. Mulondo at the Kampala Serena Hotel. The conference, themed “Earn Their Space,” was an event that truly lived up to its name by bringing together incredible women determined to rise. Newman’s was proud to be a part of this empowering movement, offering support and encouragement to the thousands of attendees.

The Dominate Conference, spearheaded by Manuela P. Mulondo, echoed our belief in holistic development. The event featured powerful discussions around faith, purpose, personal development, and balancing the many roles modern women play. Manuela’s call to become a “360 Woman”—whole in purpose and aligned with one’s truest self—resonated deeply with everyone present, inspiring them to find wholeness in their personal and professional lives.
