This core philosophy is why we were incredibly proud to be the lead sponsor of the impactful ‘Elevate Customer Experience Master Class’, that was held on Saturday, 6th September, at Fairway Hotel Kampala.
The Master Class brought together a vibrant group of eager professionals, all united by a common goal: to dramatically improve service delivery and create truly memorable customer experiences.
The event was hosted by our own Commercial Director, Mrs. Rosette Najjemba Ssegujja, who delivered a powerful keynote address.
Mrs. Najjemba Ssegujja’s presentation drove home the critical message for every business in the room: Customer Experience (CX) is more than just providing good service. It is the indispensable foundation upon which trust, loyalty, and sustained business growth are built. She stressed that CX must be seen as the ultimate business strategy, not merely an add-on or a departmental function.
Furthermore, she shared practical strategies designed to help attendees immediately elevate their CX approach, emphasizing that meticulously managing every single customer interaction is key to building lasting loyalty.
