All around the world, students dread exam season. In fact, studies suggest that up to 40% of students experience high anxiety related to tests, often called “test anxiety.” So, if you happen to be among those people who are nervous about exams, please know that you are absolutely not alone.
But here is one thing you will come to realize: exams are a natural part of life. It’s just that during your time as a student, they are highly. In reality, everyone—from farmers to food producers—faces daily tests of their own throughout life. This is why the training for exams you receive in school—learning to prepare, manage stress, and deliver under pressure—is a vital foundation for navigating all the daily challenges you’ll encounter all through life.
